New Retail Development Takes Shape

This summer, McKinney residents will have more options for retail shopping as new developments near Craig Ranch continue being built. The northeast and southwest corners of Hardin Boulevard and US 380 are expecting three new retail stores, Costco, Petco and Hobby Lobby. These three developments follow Stein Mart, which opened on the northeast corner of this intersection in March.

As construction on these two corners continues to rapidly develop, additional retail space is expected to take shape on the other two corners of this bustling intersection. Rest assured that the city of McKinney has planned ahead for a slight increase in traffic. Several turn lanes have already been constructed and an incentive agreement is in place to expand Bois D’Arc Road.

With all these great new McKinney developments, the Craig Ranch location just keeps getting better and better!
